Добрый день уважаемая публика, на правах анонимности нашего издания, в этом монологе хотел бы осветить события, а точнее пылающие африканские страсти в небольшом Уральском городе Пермь. Как известно многим, в эти дни в Перми проходит форум "Пилорама 2013", для тех кто не слышал о нем ни разу, подведу сноску:
Проект "Пилорама" появился на основе фестиваля авторской песни, который прошел впервые в 2005 году на территории музея истории политических репрессий "Пермь-36" и был приурочен к 10-летнему юбилею музея. В 2007 году фестиваль получил статус Международного гражданского форума и стал площадкой, каждое лето собирающей правозащитников, ученых, политологов, историков, экономистов, социологов, деятелей культуры со всей России.
В этом году форум Пилорама, пройдет уже не с тем размахом, что ранее, причиной этому стало урезание бюджета форума с 5 до 2,5 млн рублей,,, предисторией этого решения стала прошлая пилорама, где в открытую хлынула критика нынешней власти, антироссийские лозунги, а также демонстративное сожжение знамя победы.
Исполняющий обязанности министра культуры, молодежной политики и массовых коммуникаций Пермского края Игорь Гладнев подтвердил, что бюджетная составляющая финансирования "Пилорамы-2013" сокращается с 5 до 2,5 миллиона рублей. "В рамках поддержки этого проекта было принято решение, что министерство финансирует затраты на подготовку инфраструктуры и создание бытовых условий для участников, но не обеспечивает затрат на чартерный перелет для них", - цитирует Гладнева "Российская газета". И как пишет издание, Гладнев взял на себя личную ответственность за сокращение бюджета форума.
Несмотря на то, что времени оставалось крайне мало, организаторы "Пилорамы" попытались решить проблему, обратившись за помощью к гражданам. И это им почти удалось - нашлись меценаты, которые дали на проведение форума 3 миллиона рублей.
После этого заявления, все и началось)) Если проверить оффициальную группу Пилорамы в вконтакте, то можно увидеть как некоторые личности (под анонимными аккаунтами) пытаются изобличить Россию и ее руководство в необоснованных репрессиях и "красном" терроре...На почти отлично это получается у сторонников народного активиста Касимова, сам Касимов очень скандальная и неоднозначная личность, на которого уже заведенно пару угловных дел...финансирование своих митингов и акций он получает от некомерческих организаций, в свою очередь те получают свой бюджет от Государственного департамента Соединенных Штатов Америки (далее - Гос.деп)... Вообщем на лицо, идет вброс нужной кому то информации...
Далее происходят самые интересные события... На неделе в Пермь прилетает делегация из оффициальных лиц во главе с послом США, свой визит они планируют на определенный день, ставят в известность местные власти и т.д, но прилетают же на день раньше - вечером, убедившись что никто их не встречает, берут !! гражданское такси !! и начинают проводить поездку по городу, встречаясь с главами некоммерческих организаций в этом регионе !! мотивируя это тем, что хотят установить истинные причины отмены форума, самому только богу известно о чем там они договаривались, но скорее всего были данны дальнейшие установки о взбудараживании шума вокруг всей сложившейся ситуации...
Давайте разберемся, почему же гос.деп США, так бурно отреагировал на ситуацию вокруг Пилорамы 2013.
Все очень просто, в период проведения таких международных форумов, в страну в составе офф.делегаций и участников форума, пребывает приличное число агентов зарубежных спец.служб, чем занимаются агенты ? анализом обстановки, вербовкой других агентов среди местного населения, проводят встречи с главами НКО, а также организуют встречи с уже завербованной агентурой для координации их дальнейших действий. Еще один немаловажный для гос.депа плюс - это то что такие вот международные форумы очень хороши в плане перекачивания денег, то есть вплане финансирования своей же дальнейшей подрывной деятельности в данном регионе....А теперь когда наши власти прекрыли им эту кормушку, полилась куча критики в их адрес, но как мы успели заметить по сути эта критика исходит из уст людей, которые сами получают финансирование своих акций из бюджета гос.депа Соединенных штатов...
